A: If you have followed all the deposit / withdrawal steps correctly, a transaction hash has been generated. The transaction hash can be found in the "history" of the wallet.
- Open the 'History' tab;
- Now you can see if a hash was generated - copy it;
- Use a blockchain explorer such as https://etherscan.io/, https://www.blockchain.com/explorer to follow the transaction in real time;
- Determine if a transaction has already occurred;
- Each exchange has different conditions until it regards a transaction as ‘Final’; Therefore, please inform yourself whether enough blockchain confirmations have already been made;
