A: Please follow these steps:
- Go to the ‘Wallets’ tab;
- Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit - e.g. Bitcoin (BTC);
- Press the button ‘Deposit’;
- Copy your wallet address and paste it into your external wallet
IMPORTANT: Make sure you have transferred your wallet address correctly - if you enter an incorrect wallet address and you send cryptocurrency to this address, this will result in the loss of the transferred amount. We cannot help you on this matter.
- After successfully checking all data, submit the transaction.
Note: Depending on which external wallet / exchange you use, each transaction must be verified with a 2FA code / email confirmation.
