You can take the following steps to find your balance:

Make sure you have not opened any limit orders (the funds will be blocked in this case and will not appear in the Wallets tab). To do this, please proceed as follows:


  • Please click on the "Markets" tab
  • Open either the "Pro" or the "Easy" view for any trading pair
  • Scroll down until you find a section titled "My Orders".
  • Check whether you have open orders and cancel them if necessary.


After you have followed all the steps, you should now know where your credit was invested.
